Implementation Process Overview
The Implementation Timeline is the progression through which both the school and RobinSoft Corporation proceed. (See Implementation Timeline for a graphical representation.)
| • |
School Needs Analysis – The RobinSoft
Corporation sales team will spend time researching
your school’s unique needs. They will
ask questions, scrutinize your website, and
study your catalog to understand how GradPro
can best meet your needs. From this process,
they will be able to create and conduct an
online demonstration to show exactly
how GradPro will work for your school. After
the analysis is complete, the sales team will
issue a detailed response and
quote for license. (This step usually
takes approximately 5-10 days.) Note: The purpose for this step is to ensure that GradPro will meet all the school’s challenges and provide a “perfect fit.” |
| • |
Data Transfer Analysis – If desired,
the RobinSoft Corporation implementation team
will review the school’s electronic student
records for potential import into GradPro. This
scrutiny will enable the team to present a detailed
quote for the data transfer. (This step usually
takes approximately 5-10 days.) |
| • |
Contract Presentation
– When the school decides to license GradPro,
the RobinSoft Corporation sales team will present
a contract for review. |
|
Contract Review – The
school will need to review the contract to ensure
contract accurately represents the agreement
between RobinSoft Corporation and the school.
(This process will take as long as necessary
and is determined by the school’s processes.) Note: During the Contract Review process, the school will also normally begin a purchase order process, depending entirely on the school’s regulations. At this point the school will proceed with their internal review of the contract. |
| • |
Final Contract Presentation
– After contract has been approved, the
RobinSoft Corporation sales team will overnight
a final contract to the school contact. The
designated contract signer will then execute
the contract and return it to RobinSoft Corporation
along with payment. |
| • |
Training & Database Preparation
– After the contract and payment have
been received, training dates will be set and
data preparation will commence (if data transfer
is elected). The Implementation Team will stay
in constant contact with the school’s
representative to provide customer service and
prepare for training. |
| • |
On-Site Training Commences –
The Onsite training will begin on the days chosen
by the school. On-site implementation and training
visits usually range in length from 5-7 days.
After training is completed, the RobinSoft Corporation
Implementation Team will contact the school
to ensure all training goals have been successfully
met, implementation of GradPro is complete,
and school staff members are thriving. |
