RobinSoft: GradPro - SIS - Student Information System

Robinsoft Corporation has provided and supported software solutions for businesses since 1970. In 1995, a student information system SIS to manage the electronic records of prospective students, students, alumni, and donors was developed. The GradPro™ Student Information System (P.K.A. Class Act Software) features encompass the entire life-cycle of a student account – from inquiry to graduation and beyond. We initially developed GradPro for a large distance education seminary that needed an SIS to track student records for their remote campus locations. Their needs included student registration, student billing, and distance education tracking.
Since then, we have worked with over a hundred schools to implement GradPro. Campuses that depend on GradPro range in size from new to well established and in type from career schools to traditional colleges. The type of business model for campus management of student records among these schools can vary vastly. The diverse SIS needs of our career schools, online learning campuses, and traditional post-secondary colleges are by-in-large met upon implementation and when we discover new needs the Robinsoft team has an opportunity to further develop GradPro to meet the challenges our schools face. Since its inception, GradPro has developed to encompass recruiting, applicant tracking, registrar, teacher grade book, bursar, alumni and donation tracking.
Our goal, as we continue to grow, is to provide an excellent SIS to post-secondary schools and to exceed their expectations for customer service and support.
